Gulfport’s free Clothing Swap takes place during the
Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market
on the second Tuesday of every month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The clothing swap is currently held in the courtyard of the historic Peninsula Inn, 2937 Beach Blvd. South. Participants are invited to bring up to five gently used garments to exchange for vouchers that may be used to select clothing brought in by other participants.  Clothing may be for women, men or children.  Please provide hangers for all garments to be used in the swap.  For anyone interested, vouchers may also be purchased for $3 each.

The 11th Annual Gulfport Gecko Fest is set for Saturday, September 3rd, 2011.  

This FREE Event sponsored by the Gulfport Merchants Association, The City of Gulfport and The Gulfport Chamber of Commerce,  Bright House Networks, Cox Media and GEICO, and is a full day of fun for everyone.  This whimsical send off to summer is like Mardi Gras meets the Renaissance, and brings together strolling street performers, main stage performers, performing artists and vendors with all types of weird and wonderful wares up and down Beach Blvd. Over 200 arts, craft and food vendors will be in attendance!
